Laundry Ironer Feeding Polyester Belt

100% Polyester feeding belt convey the cloth into the ironer, We have two types of feeding belts: general feeding belt and perforated feeding belt.

Laundry Ironer Polyester Feeding Belt and Perforated feeding belt are used for ironer feeder to move the linen into the flatwork ironer, our feeder belts are made of density 1200g 100% polyester and needled by heavy machinery and heat setting by high temperature to achieve stable quality and long lifespan, one side being hard to increase the grip of the belt.

Our polyester feeding belt can offer widht 50mm to 300mm, length: 30meter/roll, aslo offer connected by clippers (hook),  sewing endless or turly endless, Feeding belt coated with silicone which is increasing the grip and anti-static. 
 

Polyester feeder belt--100% polyester with density 1200g with special finishing and heat setting.

Gray feeding belt ( Novo felt feeding belt) advantage :
•The material is more wear-resistant than common feeding belts, durable fabric provides a much longer working life.
•Better grip to feeder roll and linen, it performs excellent under high-speed operation.
•If coated with silicone, not only improve grip but also anti-static well, which could solve all the problem while on feeding.
